Bob Baldassari, Co-Founder
Bob Baldassari is a nationally recognized PGA Professional and one of golf’s most respected innovators. With over 35 years of PGA of America membership, Bob has helped shape the future of the sport through leadership roles that include Director of Youth Golf Development for the PGA of America, where he co-created groundbreaking programs like PGA Junior League Golf and the Drive, Chip & Putt Championship with Augusta National and the USGA.
Now based at The Woodford Club in Versailles, Kentucky, Bob leads Reimagine Golf—a hub of creativity and transformation in the sport. His visionary work includes bringing the Legends of the LPGA Senior Tour to Kentucky, launching a one-of-a-kind national senior women’s amateur championship, and co-founding the Kentucky Golf Trail. His career reflects a lifelong mission to expand access to the game and create unforgettable experiences at every level.
Bob’s expertise in grassroots player development, communications, and golf programming has been featured on national television and in leading golf publications. He has received numerous honors, including the PGA of America’s first-ever Player Development Award and the prestigious Middle Atlantic PGA Golf Professional of the Year.
Randy Clay, Co-Founder
Randy Clay is a visionary entrepreneur and community leader with a passion for revitalization and innovation. After a successful career in software development, Randy turned his attention to golf—rescuing a struggling Kentucky course and transforming it into a nationally recognized destination. Today, The Woodford Club is home to premier events, including a Legends of the LPGA Tour stop, and has become a model for how vision and grit can reignite a historic venue.
A founding member of The Woodford Club Foundation, Randy is committed to philanthropy and supporting causes throughout the Commonwealth. Whether he's juggling the operational demands of a semi-private club or launching bold new projects like the Kentucky Golf Trail, Randy brings a rare blend of strategic thinking, generosity, and joyful energy to everything he touches.
Known for his humility, leadership, and ability to make the complex look easy, Randy is the driving force behind a growing movement to celebrate Kentucky’s rich golf, bourbon, and equine heritage on a national stage.
